posting videos from you tube

To post a video from you tube,

1/ Find the video you wish to post on you tube

2/ in the top right area of the screen will be a box saying URL followed by a web address. copy this.

3/ Come to this forum and log in. Click new topic in the videos section of the forum then click the icon above the box where you type your message. you should see youtube, dailymotion and google video. don't bother clicking them the bit we're interested in is the empty box with what looks like a chain link next to it.

4/ paste the address from you tube into this box and click ok.

5/ submit your post.
